Several Facts About Alcatraz TV Show
Alcatraz, the most popular prison in the world, has never been closer to people across the world Now you don't have to travel to this city to visit Alcatraz. Fox TV is preparing a pleasant surprise for its audience. Alcatraz is coming to your house in year 2012 through big screen. This show will make you leave for it!

Before telling you more about TV Show, let us first say something from the real life of this prison!
For quite a short time, which actually is less than 30 years, Alcatraz prison was a house for people that were unacceptable on the streets of US. All those who were causing riot in other prisons, who would make violence on the greets of USA were filling the cells of Alcatraz, from the thirties to the year 1963 when it is officially closed. This prison, located on island in the San Francisco Bay, was concerned as the most secure place for those kind of people, as surrounded by cold freezing waters it became an impossible to escape from. Even if there were many attempts of escape none of them were successful, not even an attempt of 3 prisoners who actually found them self on the other side of the walls, but never reached the ground, since they are concerned as drowned crossing the cold waters. Having all this in mind, it is not hard to conclude that life inside of the walls was nothing else then nolife.

In a real life Alcatraz was and point for their visitors, but will it be the same in Alcatraz TW Show!? The people who were producing this show didn't like the real life story, so what are they bringing to us is an thriller twist which will plant us in a chairs! The whole bunch of hard core criminals escaping the prison in a single day! Wow...

The main character, Rebecca Madsen (Sarah Jones) is a young detective who is investigating a homicide. During her work on collecting the evidence, she's coming to an astonishing situation which appears to be impossible, the murder on which she is working was done by an Alcatraz prisoner who should be dad long time ago. What is thrilling in this story is that this guy almost 50 years after his funeral, looks exact the same. She meets an comic strip nerd, Dr. Diego, who is actually an Alcatraz expert and who is helping her on investigation. What waits for hem behind the corner, is the mystery that will take their breaths.

Another agent Emerson Houser (Sam Neill), on the very beginning tries to discourage Rebeca and her partner Diego, from their investigation. Emerson shows his real face when he wanted to come closer to them and join the case, but soon they found out that Emerson hides information and evidence from them. After this they were not sure about him at all and start falling deeper in the investigation.

Things are not going well for Rebeca, especially after she discover that her grandpa and uncle, retired Alcatraz guards, are hiding the a family truth from her. This new situation leads her to a personal conflict which escalates when she discovers the truth and now is forced to hide it form her betrothed.

The producers of this new show are the same guys that did a worldwide prominent show Lost. Having this in mind, another great show is in front of us! We can say that Fox TV has another great year ready for their audience.
